Havenberg Homes is a family company run by Kelly and Brian. We buy houses with architecture worth talking about and run them ourselves, with local cleaners and maintenance crews who know each house.
Every property is set up for families with school-age kids: plenty to do inside when the weather turns, and a location that gets you outside fast when it doesn't.
Our first Smokies house is the Skyscraper Chalet in Gatlinburg's Chalet Village. Four stories, six bedrooms, sleeps 16. A private heated rooftop swim spa, open year-round, and a game room with shuffleboard and darts. Pets welcome.
